Saudi producer Hassan Asiri commented on the controversy stirred by the series "Hay Al-Jaradiyah" on social media, especially following the broadcast of scenes that some viewers considered bold or shocking. Asiri affirmed that encountering diverse opinions from the audience regarding an artistic work is natural, stressing that criticism is a legitimate right for viewers.

Asiri pointed out that some of the criticisms were very harsh, but he accepts them with an open mind, expressing his understanding of the audience's concern for preserving societal values and concepts. He added that some scenes that disturbed the audience, if presented to him personally, he would have removed them, but he confirmed that the ending of the work will be different.

In his remarks, Asiri addressed the issue of "seduction" portrayed in the series, explaining that the work attempted to shed light on this social phenomenon that occurs in reality, albeit rarely, noting that society is not entirely ideal. He acknowledged that the dramatic presentation in some scenes was intense, considering that the issue could have been presented in a lighter manner.

It is worth mentioning that the series "Hay Al-Jaradiyah" is broadcast daily on MBC Drama at 3:00 PM Saudi time, and its episodes are also available on the MBC Shahid platform. The cast includes several artists such as Lami Al-Kanani, Mohammed Al-Qass, and Narmeen Mohsen, with direction by Mounir Al-Zaabi.
